Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform planning decisions.
Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for decision-making.
Provide expert advice on car loan products, including financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-7 years of experience in planning & strategy role within an NBFC industry.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively through reports or presentations.
Proficiency in tools such as Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
