Planing Executive - B.Com Or M.Com Or MBA

The Planning Executive is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects related to substation structures and substation steel structures. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing project timelines, and optimizing resource allocation to achieve project goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to facilitate the development and execution of substation structure designs.
• Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed project scope documents in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, updating project timelines and budgets as necessary.
• Evaluate resource allocation and utilization to ensure projects remain within budget and schedule.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements across all project phases.
• Assist in the development of training materials related to project planning and execution for team members.
• Participate in project meetings, providing key insights and recommendations based on data and analysis.

Qualifications:

B.Com/M.Com/MBA with an emphasis on Project Management, Structural Engineering, or related field.
