Job Description

Role & responsibilities Weekly tracking of all candidates at work location and share weekly report with training center operations team including counselling of candidates, timely resolution of issues along with PPC HO team and Centre team if any with candidate/s to ensure their retention at workplace. Ensure all required process and documents are followed as laid down by PPC team including medical reports of every candidate is received and verified with Good to Go for placement especially female candidates before any batch travel from Jharkhand to work location. Coordinate with PPC team at H.O and training centres in Jharkhand for documentation required towards completion of placement milestone in the batches. Coordinate with Admin and Centre Placement executive to get the tickets done for batch travel at work location. Coordinate with center team on approvals regarding travel expense for batches moving to work location. Coordinate with PPC team at HO and Centre team to ensure allocation of batches with organization as per production plan, pre-placement orientation of batches at centers prior to movement to work location. Preferred candidate profile; Female Candidate with good counselling skills; more of outbound tele calling fluent in Hindi. Follow standard script for tracking of candidates at workplace while tele calling. Experience in tele-calling, counselling, preferably worked in similar profile at education training centre / front office / domestic call centres with 6 to 8 years of experience. Able to coordinate with teams at HO and training centres in Jharkhand as per above defined tasks.
