Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Placement Officer located in Bhubaneswar. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, establishing connections with companies, conducting career counseling sessions, organizing training programs, and collaborating with educational institutions. The role involves preparing students for placement opportunities and ensuring successful recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and establishing connections with industry professionals.
• Strong Communication and Career Counseling skills.
• Ability to organize and conduct Training sessions for students.
• Background in Education and working with academic institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Proactive and result oriented.
• Master's degrees in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
