• Provide and manage students part-time placemment activities while they continue thier studies.
• Organize job drives, guide students in employability skills.

· Industry Networking and Collaboration

• Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals.
• Identify potential employers for student placements and internships.

· Student Training and Development

• Organize training sessions on resume writing, interview techniques, soft skills, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to prepare students for placement drives.

· Placement Coordination

• Schedule and manage campus recruitment drives and interviews.
• Coordinate between students and recruiters to ensure smooth placement processes.

· Student Profiling and Counseling

• Maintain updated profiles of students including academic records and skill sets.
• Guide students in selecting suitable career paths based on their strengths and market demands.

· Database and Reporting

• Maintain a detailed database of placed students, recruiters, and ongoing placement activities.
• Prepare regular reports on placement statistics and share with management.

· Internship and Project Assistance

• Help students find suitable internships and industrial training programs.
• Monitor and follow up on the progress and completion of student internshi

· Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure that all placement-related activities comply with institutional and regulatory policies.
• Handle documentation for students joining companies, including offer letters and joining reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:
