Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Manage front desk operations, including reception area cleanliness and organization.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases as required.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; manage outgoing correspondence.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support internal departments with clerical and coordination tasks.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Provide general support to the HR, accounts, and management teams.
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed.
Prepare reports and handle basic bookkeeping duties, if required.
Assist in organizing company events, staff meetings, and training sessions.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
