Skill Park is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Placement Officer to maximize student placements and drive career success stories. This role requires actively pitching Skill Park’s trained candidates to companies, closing placement deals, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets. The Placement Officer will identify and onboard new recruiters, maintain strong corporate partnerships, organize placement drives, and ensure high conversion rates from interviews to job offers. The ideal candidate thrives in a results-oriented environment, possesses strong negotiation and networking skills, and can confidently sell the value of Skill Park talent to employers. Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or corporate relations is highly preferred.
