To strengthen our industry connect and placement ecosystem, we are looking for a dynamic Placement Officer who can bridge the gap between campus and corporate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, corporates, and industry associations.
• Strategically plan and execute campus placement drives, internships, and career fairs.
• Organize pre-placement training programs including resume writing, aptitude, group discussions, and interview skills.
• Coordinate with departments to identify student strengths and prepare them for industry needs.
• Bring top-tier recruiters to campus and expand placement opportunities across industries.
• Track and report placement statistics, employer feedback, and student career progress.
• Create and manage MoUs/partnerships with industry for internships, live projects, and collaborations.
• Counsel and mentor students regarding career options, higher education, and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, HR, or related field.
• Strong corporate network and proven ability to engage with recruiters.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to design student employability enhancement initiatives.
• Tech-savvy, with knowledge of placement management software, LinkedIn outreach, and analytics.
