Job Description

To ensure the placement targets of the skill training centers of the Organization.
To identify the recruiters/ HR of the MNCs, Companies, Hiring Institutions for the placements of the trained students
To coordinate with skill center team for collecting the profiles of the students and short-list them for the next steps of recruitment by the hiring institutions
To organize sessions to the students for the interview skills and counsel them for attending the interviews
To create the JDs and support the recruiters and also skill centers and bridge the gap and initiate the interviews
To maintain the MIS of the entire execution students, different levels of interview stages, Recruiters, schedules, offer letters, average salaries, etc.

Location - Machabollaram, Ghatkesar

Any Post Graduation in any stream
4 - 5 years of relevant experience
Have a pool of related placement HR links required for the execution of the projects
Exposure on JDs preparation required for placing in the industry
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Knows how to use MS suites with proficiency in MS Excel and other Agile tools
