Role Description

This is a contract role for a Placement Coordinator at Naandi Foundation, located on-site in Kolkata. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with employers to secure job placements for trainees, maintaining relationships with corporate partners, and ensuring trainees receive necessary support during the placement process. The Placement Coordinator will also be responsible for organizing job fairs, tracking placement data, and reporting on outcomes. Additionally, the individual will work closely with the education and training team to align trainee skills with employer needs.

• Experience in Customer Service and Recruiting
• Background in Education and training programs
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
