Role Overview :

We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting our learners with top companies, facilitating job and internship opportunities, and providing career guidance to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute placement strategies to achieve target placement rates
• Student engagement and counselling.
• Establish and maintain employer relations.
• Facilitate job placements and internships.
• Maintain placement database and generate regular reports
• Provide career guidance and resources.

Ideal Background :

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA is a plus)
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Knowledge of career development and job market trends.
• Experience with placement operations in an edtech startup is an added advantage
• Prior exposure to the Construction, Architecture, or Design industry is a strong plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
