Role Overview: Product Designer ● Work in the Product Design (PD) team, crafting engaging and delightful user experiences ● Collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to shape design language and systems ● Solve strategic problems and innovate on unique use cases and patterns ● Drive the growth of the platform, focusing on scalability and value. Responsibilities: ● Design great-looking products with high desirability ● Collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to shape design language and systems ● Use data and user feedback to refine and validate design decisions ● Translate product requirements into user-centered design solutions using industry-standard tools ● Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure smooth implementation of design components ● Document design patterns and maintain design system guidelines. Our Products: Website Internal Admin (Dashboard) – To monitor payments and course data Learning Management System – Used by 30k+ learners. Requirements: ● Product Designer with 2-3 years of experience, preferably with a background in Education ● Work end-to-end: from research, wireframes, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI and user testing ● Experience designing for Mobile and Responsive web applications ● Proficiency in Figma, AI tools ● A deep understanding of Material guidelines, accessibility and ● Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and rationale ● Team player who loves to have fun while getting things done. Bonus Skills: ● Motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions) ● Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (for better handoff with devs) ● Experience in A/B testing or analytics-driven design decisions.
