The Resource person needs to make efforts towards the placements of students.
1. Making MOU with potential industry/hiring partners for campus selections
2. Inviting industry resource persons for campus interaction with students.
3. Training and empowering students through interview preparation, perosnality grooming
and necessary nudges towards practical training in various domains ( aided by other faculties).
4. If possible take domain specific practical classes of Marketing, Digital Marketing etc
5. Guide the students towards a career path and not just being fascinated by placement packages.
6,. Organise pool campus hiring events for management students (Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, IT etc)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
