We seek someone skilled in bank reconciliations, payment processing, Statutory compliance, and ERP-based accounting. The candidate will assist in audits, loan documentation, and reporting while ensuring timely and accurate financial entries .Key Responsibilities : Particulars1. Vendor Payment & Utilities- Maintain monthly calendar & ensure timely booking of expenses and makes the payment on or before due date - Ensure error-free uploading of payments to the banking system with necessary approvals as per company policy and sharing payment confirmation -Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently. -Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. -Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. -Maintain accounts payable records and ensure payments are made on time. -Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.2.
