Job Description

As an HR Intern focusing on placements, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and placement within a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to support the end-to-end placement process and foster strong relationships with educational institutions and potential candidates. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Placement Coordination:** - Assist in coordinating campus recruitment drives, scheduling interviews, managing logistics, and communicating with candidates and institutions. - Maintain and update the placement database with accurate and timely information. - Support the preparation of placement reports and presentations. - Assist in managing the candidate pipeline and tracking placement statistics. - **Candidate Sourcing and Screening:** - Help source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and university partnerships. - Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Assist in scheduling and conducting preliminary phone interviews. - **Relationship Management:** - Aid in building and maintaining relationships with placement cells of educational institutions. - Respond to inquiries from candidates and institutions promptly and professionally. - Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs and placement events. - **Administrative Support:** - Provide general administrative support to the HR team. - Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation. - Assist in preparing offer letters and other placement-related documents. **Qualifications:** - Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in talent acquisition and placement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in HR and talent acquisition, work closely with experienced professionals, develop communication and interpersonal skills, build your professional network, and get exposure to the placement process in a corporate setting.,
