JOB PROFILE:
Ø Prepare piping design sketches as required by fieldwork walk downs, locate tie-ins and measurements.
Ø Check piping design drawing of vendor drawing.
Ø Complete isometric drawings and piping layout as needed.
Ø Ensure to complete pipe component and run detailed drawings in Auto Cad (2D software) and S3D.
Ø Review project parameters related to piping requirements.
Ø Develop preliminary Bills of Materials with respect to piping design.
Ø Perform with civil or structural along with stress departments to assure suitable flexibility and assist piping systems.
Ø Familiar with 2D environment and 3D environment added advantage.
Ø Familiar with Brown filed projects in Oil and gas.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Diploma / B.E - MECHANICAL
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years to 7 years.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION: Should have working knowledge on all relevant Piping software’s like AutoCAD/ S3D.
TYPE OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in the field of Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Chemicals etc.
