BIM Modeller (Architecture , Structure , Mechanical,Electrical, Plumbing & Landscape)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 7-8 years in BIM Software proficiency for Industrial

Buildings, must have UAE Projects Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain 3D models using BIM software.
• To create and maintain accurate and detailed 3D models of buildings and other structures using BIM software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.
• Ensure the models are accurate and meet project requirements by referring BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Use the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.
• Develops detailed 3D models of building components and systems.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure coordinated and accurate models.
• Performs clash detection and resolves clashes in the model.
• Responsible for creating visually appealing and accurate representation of the building that can be used for presentation, marketing and client reviews.
• Extract data from the model to generate accurate quantity take-offs for cost estimation

Skills:

• Good knowledge of software Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage,
• Autodesk AUTOCAD, ACC(BIM360),
• Good knowledge of local and international BIM standards (ISO 19650)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
