Description
Piping fitter should have deep knowledge of the following: Pipe and piping components familiar with Different type of material ( CS, CS-IBR, CS-NACE, LTCS, SS-304, SS-316, SS-321, SS-347, P5, P6, P11, P22, P91, Duplex, Inconel) Type of Valves Inline items (Control Valves, Safety Valves, Flowmeters) Type of Pipe Supports Piping MOC (Material of Construction) Isometric Drawing Reading. Rolling (Horizontal, Vertical, Mixed rolling) Material Requirement Pipe Support requirement Pipe Schedule and Thickness chart Fitting Dimensions Knowledge to Welding Electrode and Fillers How to corelated the pipe supports with Isometric and support standard. Basic knowledge of P&ID Type of branches (Stub in, Stub on, Lateral, Vertical) How to the make miters Skill required for Welder (Tig & Arc – GTAW+SMAW) : Minimum 7 Years Experience & qualify during Test at Site. Skill required for Grinder : Minimum 7 Years experience. Understanding of Grinding Technique. Knowledge of Piping Materials Preparation of Bevel angle, depth, & Surface Finish Hand on experience for operating of AG-5, AG-7, Angle Grinder, Bench Grinder
