Pioneer RM / Sr.Wealth RM : PVT sector leading Bank - Across Mumbai

Job Title:

LOCATION : Mumbai / CENTRAL LINE

CTC : 23LAC MAX

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage relationships with HNI clients to meet financial and business goals.
Cross-sell the banks
Wealth Management
and
Liability Products
to premium asset clients.
Drive new business generation and meet defined
sales and cross-sell targets
.
Deepen wallet share of existing clients and ensure high levels of
client satisfaction and retention
.
Understand client profiles in detail – including demographics, psychographics, and banking behavior.
Deliver seamless customer onboarding and transition experiences.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.
Regularly analyze client portfolios and offer tailored banking and investment solutions.
Proactively manage client attrition risk and maintain book stability.
Drive
best-in-class productivity
and performance in all key KPIs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing HNI relationships in
Retail/Private/Wealth Banking
.
Strong knowledge of banking, wealth, and investment products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach.
Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking.
