Pilates Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Pilates Trainer to join our fitness team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, with the ability to create engaging and effective Pilates sessions for clients of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout environment.
• Assess clients fitness levels and tailor Pilates programs to meet their needs and goals.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on proper form and technique during exercises.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Monitor clients progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their fitness objectives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Pilates Trainer or in a related fitness role.
• Certification in Pilates training from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as it relates to Pilates exercises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients of varying fitness levels.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
