Pilates Trainer

As a Pilates Trainer at Pure Pilates in Chennai, you will be responsible for conducting individual and group Pilates sessions, demonstrating exercises, and offering guidance on proper techniques. Your role will involve assessing clients" physical conditions, developing personalized exercise programs, and monitoring their progress. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and safe workout environment, provide excellent customer service, and assist members in achieving their fitness goals. Your key responsibilities will include leading group reformer Pilates sessions with up to 24 clients, providing personalized corrections and modifications, creating a supportive and body-positive environment, designing thoughtful class flows, and tracking client progress to foster lasting relationships. To be successful in this role, you should hold a certification in Pilates (Mat and/or Reformer), possess a strong knowledge of anatomy and movement principles, demonstrate clear and compassionate communication skills, and be comfortable working with individuals of varying experience levels. Your reliability, punctuality, and professionalism will be essential in delivering high-quality training and support to our diverse clientele.,
