Key Responsibilities:- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on customer order lists. Product Inspection: Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects before packing. Packing: Securely pack items into appropriate boxes, containers, or other packaging to prevent damage during transit. Labeling: Affix correct shipping labels, addresses, and other necessary information to packages. Inventory Management: Help maintain organized stock rotation, restock shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies. Key Skills:- Attention to Detail: A crucial skill for ensuring the correct items and quantities are picked and packed for every order. Physical Stamina: The ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods is necessary due to the physical nature of the job. Organization: Strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining an orderly warehouse and efficient workflow. Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet shipping deadlines is important. Teamwork & Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills are valuable for collaborating with other warehouse staff. Basic Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Reading Comprehension: The ability to read and understand order lists and instructions is necessary.
