Job Title: Kitchen Assistant / Food Handler Employment Type: Full-Time Hiring Partner: Awign Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th pass Age: Below 30 years Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices Physically fit and able to work long hours in a kitchen environment Punctual, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude Able to understand simple instructions in Hindi and English Prior experience in a similar role (QSR/cloud kitchen/restaurant) is an added advantage Requirements & Skills:Experience in QSR, cloud kitchen, or restaurant preferred Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP/ServSafe certification is a plus) Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Roles & Responsibilities:1. Food Preparation & CookingAssist in preparing ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning) Follow standard recipes and instructions accurately Safely operate kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) 2. Packaging & Order FulfillmentEnsure meals are properly packed, labeled, and meet quality standards Verify order details before dispatch Maintain food presentation and temperature as per guidelines 3.
