• Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking:
• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to orders
• Ensure products are undamaged and match order requirements
• Packing:
• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment
• Ensure packages are properly labeled and documentation is complete
• Loading and Unloading:
• Safely load and unload goods from trucks, containers, or other vehicles
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage
  

Measurable Goals

• Order Accuracy: Achieve an order accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher
• Productivity: Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for picking and packing orders
• Damage Reduction: Maintain a damage rate of less than 1% for products during picking and packing
• Timeliness: Ensure orders are picked and packed within designated timeframes
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse
