Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Physiotherapist (MPT – Cardio-Pulmonary) with fluency in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi to join our Tele-Rehab team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital healthcare, experienced in cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation, and skilled in patient communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual physiotherapy assessments and consultations for cardio-pulmonary patients.
• Design customized treatment plans and track patient progress on the Tele-Rehab platform.
• Educate patients on exercises, breathing techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Provide therapy sessions in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi for diverse patient needs.
• Follow the protocols and standards of Watch Your Health’s Tele-Rehab model.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT – Cardio-Pulmonary).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in the pulmonary department.
• Mandatory fluency in Tamil/Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology for patient interaction and documentation.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong ethical values.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary Range: Gross ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
