Training & Development

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and accurate diagnoses
• Explain conditions and treatment plans clearly
• Administer and adjust treatments as per the Plan of Care
• Track patient progress and ensure timely recovery
• Provide seamless handovers to counsellors and specialists
• Educate patients on compliance and home exercises
• Maintain real-time digital records
• Coordinate with ortho/neuro specialists for holistic care

Qualifications

• BPT (Internship Completed) – Minimum
• MPT – Preferred

Shifts

• 7 AM –9 PM (Any 8 Hours Shift )

Working Days

• 6 days/week, weekday weekly off

Salary

• For BPT up to 3.5LPA & MPT up to 4.5LPA
