Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Physiotherapist. The Physiotherapist will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate clients experiencing physical challenges arising from sports injuries or other physical conditions. They will develop customized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, and educate clients about preventative care and injury management. Collaborating closely with trainers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals will also be a key responsibility in ensuring clients' optimal performance and recovery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical injuries or conditions
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, recovery strategies, and anatomy specific to sports
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to create personalized treatment plans and monitor client progression effectively
• Prior experience in the sports and fitness industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• Relevant certification and professional licensure are required
