Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment & Diagnosis Conduct detailed physical assessments and evaluate patient medical history. Diagnose physical conditions related to injury, disability, or illness. Treatment Planning Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Set measurable and achievable therapy goals. Therapeutic Intervention Provide manual therapy, exercise programs, electrotherapy, and other modalities. Guide patients in safe and effective use of assistive devices when needed. Monitoring & Documentation Record patient progress and modify treatment plans as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient files and reports. Patient Education Educate patients and caregivers about prevention, recovery, and lifestyle modifications. Teach home exercise programs for long-term improvement. Team Collaboration Work closely with doctors, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in case discussions and clinical meetings.
