Role Summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Physiotherapist to lead the delivery of exceptional physiotherapy care within our clinic. As a Clinical Physiotherapist, you will be key in patient care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. This position offers a path for professional growth and advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans using diverse physiotherapy techniques.
• Administering advanced physiotherapy treatments to patients, including exercise programs and manual therapy, as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient's progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
• Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to physiotherapy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
• Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics. (Freshers can also apply)
• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a clinical team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
