Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physics Faculty for JEE/NEET at Resonance Eduventures Limited. The position is based in Nagpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lectures, creating and evaluating test papers, addressing student queries, and conducting doubt-clearing sessions. The faculty member will also mentor and guide students for competitive examinations and ensure that teaching methodologies are aligned with the institute's standards. Qualifications Strong Subject Knowledge in Physics Experience in Teaching and Mentoring JEE/NEET Aspirants Proficiency in Creating and Evaluating Test Papers Ability to Conduct Doubt-clearing Sessions and Address Student Queries Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Master's degree or higher in Physics or related field Previous experience in a renowned coaching institute is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and staff Show more Show less
