Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna. The role involves academic instruction, curriculum planning, lesson delivery, and student guidance to help them excel in competitive exams. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering high-quality content, conducting interactive doubt-solving sessions, creating tests and practice material, analyzing performance, and mentoring students for improved learning outcomes. Collaboration with the academic team to develop and refine teaching methodologies will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in teaching competitive exam content and curriculum planning
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in analytical thinking, assessment creation, and performance evaluation
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and guide students to achieve their goals
• Relevant academic qualifications in subjects taught, such as a degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in teaching JEE/NEET or similar competitive exams is highly preferred
