Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Kochi. The Physical Therapist will focus on delivering personalized care through assessments, rehabilitation programs, and treatments tailored to individual patient needs. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, assisting patients with rehabilitation exercises, and providing education on maintaining mobility and physical health. The role will also involve working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and certifications in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Strong skills and experience in Patient Care and Home Care environments
• Foundational knowledge in Medicine, especially as it relates to physical health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to create and adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
• Degree or diploma in Physical Therapy or a related field; relevant licensure or certifications
