PHP/WordPress Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites. This role requires a strong understanding of web development principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience through innovative design and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with designers and other developers to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and usability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in WordPress development with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of PHP and CodeIgniter framework
• Understanding of software development principles including CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of working with APIs for seamless integration of services.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• Experience with application development methodologies is desirable.
