Overview:

Senior October CMS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of complex web applications using October CMS and Laravel.
• Build and manage

  multisite environments

  with efficient content and user management workflows.
• Develop custom themes and plugins tailored to business requirements.
• Ensure high SEO performance through clean code, schema, metadata, and site speed optimizations.
• Implement and maintain technical SEO elements (sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content teams, and marketers.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance audits, and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of PHP development experience, with 2+ years hands-on with

  October CMS

  .
• Proven experience in

  multisite setups

  on October CMS.
• Strong knowledge of

  technical SEO

  , including structured data, canonical tags, and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency in Laravel, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party service integrations.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, and version control best practices.
• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and performance tuning.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to Docker or container-based deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with headless CMS patterns
