Job Description

Role Objective: To design, develop, and maintain JR Classes’ Learning Management System (LMS)and related web platforms, ensuring high performance, scalability, and secure handling of academic content for Class 11 & 12 online courses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and enhance our existing in-house Learning Management System (LMS) built on PHP and Laravel.
Implement technical changes, feature upgrades, and bug fixes in the LMS without continuous supervision.
Optimize existing LMS modules for performance, scalability, and security.
Manage and fine-tune complex MySQL databases (800+ tables) with schema adjustments, indexing, and query optimization.
Write clean, secure, and modular backend code in PHP/Laravel for system improvements.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for new functionalities and third-party services.
Deploy updates and manage the application on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3) with correct server configurations.
Monitor LMS performance proactively, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Take complete technical ownership of assigned LMS-related projects and deliver results independently.
