Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using

  PHP

• Build and modify

  WordPress themes and plugins

• Manage WordPress website setup, configuration, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both PHP and WordPress environments.
• Integrate APIs and third-party tools with WordPress/PHP projects.
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and project managers.
• Optimize website performance, speed, security, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, structured, and reusable code following industry standards.
• Maintain documentation for development processes and technical specifications.
• Perform regular website backups, updates, and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in

  PHP

  and

  MySQL

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  WordPress development

  (themes, plugins, custom post types).
• Knowledge of

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

  , and responsive design.
• Familiarity with

  WordPress builders

  (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi – optional but preferred).
• Understanding of

  REST APIs

  , third-party integrations, and web services.
• Experience with

  Git

  or other version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
