PHP Developer and Designer

We are looking for a talented PHP Designer & Developer to assist in an ongoing project that involves building and enhancing a web-based employee management and payroll system. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PHP development, MySQL database management, and UI/UX design for web applications.

This role will involve working closely with the existing development team to implement new features, fix bugs, improve UI/UX layouts, and optimize system performance.

• Assist in designing and developing responsive PHP-based web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap (or similar frameworks).
• Collaborate with the team to add new features and modules, including forms, reports, dashboards, and APIs.
• Maintain and enhance MySQL database structures, queries, and stored procedures.
• Debug and fix existing issues, ensuring smooth functionality across all modules.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for all pages.
• Implement best coding practices, security measures, and efficient database operations.
• Collaborate with team members for UI/UX improvements, including form layouts, dashboard components, and user workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP (Core PHP, OOP, and MVC frameworks).

Design & UX Skills:

• Ability to create clean, responsive, and user-friendly UI layouts.
• Understanding of form validation (client & server-side) and intuitive workflows.
• Basic knowledge of UI tools like Figma/Adobe XD (optional but preferred).

• Strong knowledge of MySQL (database design, optimization, and queries).
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with AJAX-based dynamic UI components.
• Knowledge of REST APIs (creation and integration).
• Understanding of web security, authentication, and permissions handling.
• Experience with Git or version control tools is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
