Photography & Social Media Intern

Role Overview:

• Photography:

  Capture the magic of our handwoven collections and eco-luxury children’s products.

• Social Media Marketing:

  Help tell Kala’s story, grow our online presence, and engage our conscious community.
• Collaborate with teams in

  India and France

  to develop and manage creative content.
• Manage and grow Kala’s social presence on

  Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms

  .
• Support the planning and execution of Kala’s

  Kickstarter pre-launch campaign

  .
• Create, curate, and schedule posts, reels, and stories to build organic engagement.
• Analyze social performance and suggest creative improvements.
• Assist with

  content coordination, brand storytelling, and influencer collaborations

  .

Requirements:

• Good understanding of

  Meta Ads

  and

  LinkedIn content strategy

  .
• Must have your

  own laptop and smartphone

  .
• Creative mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to

  Ernakulam

  .
• Prior experience or coursework in

  social media marketing

  is a plus.
