About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Videography Intern to join our team in Ernakulam, Kerala . You’ll help shape Kala’s digital voice and visual identity as we expand our reach across Europe . Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow Kala’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Capture and edit engaging videos and photos for reels, campaigns, and ads Support social media and digital ad campaigns targeting the European market Assist with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager setup and optimization Monitor performance metrics and suggest creative strategies for engagement and growth Preferred Skills: Advance knowledge of videography, photography, and content editing Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads Strong storytelling and visual design sense Interest in sustainability, ethical production, and design
