Role Overview

We're looking for a talented and passionate Photographer & Videographer to join our wedding production team. You'll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality visual content at wedding events, pre-wedding shoots, and related functions. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of modern wedding aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities Photography

• Capture candid and posed photographs at weddings and related events.
• Conduct pre-wedding shoots as per the couple’s theme and preference.
• Edit and retouch photos using Lightroom/Photoshop to create polished final albums.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure a personalized experience.

Videography

• Film key wedding moments using cinematic techniques.
• Create highlight reels, teasers, and full-length wedding videos.
• Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Sync music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance storytelling.

General

• Ensure all shoots are well-planned with the right equipment, lighting, and locations.
• Maintain and handle all gear responsibly.
• Coordinate with planners, makeup artists, and other vendors for smooth event flow.
• Back up and organize all media files securely after each shoot.

Requirements

• Prior experience in wedding photography/videography.
• Proficiency in editing software: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Strong storytelling ability and eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on weekends and travel as needed.
• Own camera gear and editing setup (preferred).
• Drone operating skills (a plus).
