You don’t need years of experience — what matters is that you enjoy playing with footage, experimenting with cuts, and finding the rhythm that makes a video feel alive. What will help you fit in: Basic editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or any tool you’re comfortable with). An eye for detail — knowing when a cut feels too long or when a frame flows perfectly. Some interest in shooting (even on your phone) so you understand how shots are built. A small portfolio, college projects, or personal edits — just enough to show us you’ve started. Openness to feedback, a willingness to try again, and excitement to grow. This internship isn’t about being perfect — it’s about learning, exploring, and creating alongside a team that values ideas as much as execution. What You’ll Be Doing Shooting everything from reels to campaigns to stories that matter Editing raw footage into scroll-stopping content Jamming with the team on shoot ideas & creative directions Playing around with angles, transitions, and vibes till it feels right Getting hands-on with gear, lights, and the whole setup What You Need Skills with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects (or the will to learn fast) Basic camera knowledge (DSLR/mirrorless, lighting, audio) A good eye for storytelling & aesthetics Drive to experiment, adapt, and deliver on time A reel/portfolio (even college or personal work counts!)
