Position: Photographer & Videographer Location: Near ORR Exit 5, Bowrampet. Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: CEO About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and creative Photographer & Videographer with expertise in using Sony M3, M4 series cameras and other modern professional camera equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to capture high-quality photos and videos that align with our brand and client expectations. Key Responsibilities • Capture professional-quality photographs and videos for events, product shoots, portraits, and promotional content. • Operate and maintain Sony M3, M4 cameras and other high-end photography/videography equipment. • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, and shot composition. • Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to conceptualize visual content and deliver storytelling that matches project goals. • Ensure all content is delivered in high resolution and optimized for multiple platforms (print, digital, social media). • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and videography. • Maintain equipment, ensuring cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories are in top condition. A plus if you can edit and retouch images, as well as produce and edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). Requirements • Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, with a strong portfolio of previous work. • Hands-on expertise with Sony M3 and M4 cameras (and familiarity with other professional photography/videography gear). • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). • Strong understanding of composition, color grading, and lighting techniques. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to different styles and requirements. • Be able to guide and train the young team if needed. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in commercial, fashion, event, or product photography/videography. • Knowledge of drone videography and 360° cameras is a plus. • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital content creation.
