Overview:

Ascenturi is seeking a Remote Phone Representative to join our fast-growing team and help support a new department focused on scheduling appointments for licensed insurance professionals. This is a fully remote position where you’ll engage with warm leads, follow a simple script, and help people schedule informational calls with our advisors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer.
• Introduce our service and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Follow a step-by-step script to guide conversations.
• Track call results and update statuses in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals with support from your team lead.
• Join virtual team meetings and coaching sessions.

What You’ll Need:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to stay positive on calls.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with remote tools.
• Stable internet connection, electricity, and access to a computer.
• Experience in phone support, telemarketing, call center work, or similar is a plus — but not required.
