Assist with EIN registration, S-Corp elections, state filings, and compliance Advise clients on best entity structures based on tax and operational needs Assist with foreign-owned U.S. entity obligations and withholding requirements Client Management & Communication Serve as the main point of contact for accounting and tax matters Present clear financial insights, recommendations, and analysis Manage deadlines and deliverables across multiple clients Build long-term client relationships based on trust and expertise Qualifications Required 5+ years of U.S. accounting and tax filing experience Strong experience with corporate and partnership returns (1120, 1120-S, 1065, K-1s) Hands-on experience preparing filings for 1099s, W-2s, payroll taxes, and foreign partner structures Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, and payroll platforms Demonstrated ability to create systems or processes from scratch Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities High sense of ownership and accountability Preferred CPA or EA certification is a plus Experience managing or mentoring junior staff Knowledge of multi-state filings and foreign-owned U.S. entity rules Experience with accounting automation tools or CRMs
