Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pharmacy Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our pharmacy unit. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, assist in order processing, and coordinate with pharmacists and logistics teams to deliver timely services.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure timely dispatch of orders
Maintain and update inventory records; manage stock levels and reordering
Support pharmacists in prescription verification and documentation
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and delivery teams
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Handle basic data entry and report generation for internal tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy or related field preferred)
1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare coordination
Good knowledge of inventory systems and pharmacy practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
