Pharmacy Manager

As the Pharmacy Manager at NIMS Hospital, Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant pharmacy operations to maintain medication safety and support quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. - Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and compliance with drug safety regulations. - Manage pharmacy inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination. - Maintain proper storage, documentation, and expiry management of drugs. - Supervise and train pharmacists and support staff. - Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure availability of essential medicines. - Implement quality standards and monitor pharmacy audits. - Ensure compliance with NABH and regulatory guidelines.
