Role & responsibilities Supervise day-to-day functioning of OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, Diagnostics & Emergency Coordinate smoothly between doctors, nurses, technicians & admin staff Ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and emergency protocols Manage duty rosters, staff availability, grievance redressal & escalations Oversee medical inventory and ensure audit & NABH/MCI compliance Preferred candidate profile Education: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BPT / B.Pharma / B.Sc.
