Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager oversees the overall operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical services. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, controlling inventory, and ensuring high-quality patient care through proper medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards.
• Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of drugs and medical supplies.
• Develop and implement policies for medication safety and quality assurance.
• Provide guidance and training to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and proper dosage.
