Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient and safe medication management
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies, procedures, and protocols
- Manage pharmacy staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor and control medication inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring availability
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, promoting patient safety and quality care
