Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gandhinagar for a Pharmacist at SMVS Swaminarayan Hospital. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, counseling patients on the proper use of prescribed medications, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and promoting patient safety through accurate medication management practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and proficiency in pharmaceutical practices, including dispensing and medication management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in pharmacy operations
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage inventory effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or D.Pharm) from a recognized institution
• Valid pharmacy license as per local regulations
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is advantageous
